1. We process order twice a day with the cut off time 11.00am and 3.00pm daily. Order received after the cut off time will be shipped on the next working day.

2. All items must be paid in full before we process the delivery.

3. We use J&T Express and Poslaju for all delivery to West and East Malaysia. The delivery charges will be shown once you check out your purchase in the shopping cart

4. To track your order status, use the "Order Tracking" link on our website by entering the Order number.
